The MERLIN MAIL Voice Messaging System provides the following integrated call management services:

■Automated Attendant

■Call Answer

■Voice-Mail

The number of incoming trunks and subscribers programmed for Automated Attendant service and the number of busy-hour calls determine how many MERLIN MAIL Voice Messaging System ports are required for the user’s system (see Table 8-3).
