FCC Notification and Repair Information
This equipment is registered with the FCC in accordance with Part 68 of its rules. In compliance with those rules, you are advised of the following:
■Means of Connection. Connection of this equipment to the telephone network shall be through a standard network interface jack: USOC RJ11C, RJ14C, RJ21X. Connection to E&M tie trunks requires a USOC RJ2GX. Connection to

If this equipment is to be used as Key System, report the number
If the system provides both manual and automatic selection of incoming/outgoing access to the network, report the number
If there are no directly terminated trunks, or if the only directly terminated facilities are personal lines, report the number
