DETAILED STEPS

	Command or Action	Purpose
Step 1	enable	Enables privileged EXEC mode.
		• Enter your password if prompted.
	Example:
	Router> enable
Step 2	show platform hardware throughput level	Displays the current maximum hardware throughput
		level.
	Example:	Verify the current settings.
	Router# show platform hardware throughput level
	The current throughput level is 50000 kb/s
Step 3	configure terminal	Enters global configuration mode.
	Example:
	Router# configure terminal
Step 4	Cisco IOS XE Release 3.10S and later:	Changes the maximum throughput level for the
	platform hardware throughput level MB	Cisco CSR 1000V. The available throughput options
		varies depending on the release version.

	Cisco IOS XE Release 3.9S:	Note In Cisco IOS XE Release 3.9S, the
		throughput level values are expressed in
	platform hardware throughput level
		Kbps. If you select eval-only, the system
	{10000 25000 50000 eval-only}	will check only the evaluation license.
	Example:
	Router(config)# platform hardware throughput level
	500
Step 5	exit	Exits configuration mode.
	Example:
	Router(config)# exit
Step 6	show platform hardware throughput level	Displays the current maximum hardware throughput
		level.
	Example:	Verify that the maximum throughput level has been
