Standalone Call Accounting and Management Applications

Call Accounting System			DOS-based. Tracks and sorts phone charges,
(CAS) Plus V3			offering a wide range of customizable reports.
			Also includes messaging features and a special
			utility for detecting toll fraud.
Call Accounting	Dedicated terminal and printer for tracking and
Terminal (CAT)			sorting telephone charges and printing reports.
			Provides enhancements over SMDR reporting.
MERLIN LEGEND			For system managers and calling group
Reporter2			supervisors, allows analysis of facilities usage,
			calling group agent performance, and call traffic
			patterns.
Standalone Call Answering and Voice Mail Packages

MERLIN Identifier®			Identifies callers on four lines and displays
			information at phones. Can be integrated with a
			database and PC for input and display of
			additional information about callers. With all its
			options in place, is ideal for direct marketing use.
			Requires caller identification service from local
			telephone company.
MERLIN MAIL Voice			Includes multiple automated attendants for
Messaging System			answering calls, as well as voice mail messaging
(VMS)			for outside and inside callers.
MERLIN LEGEND MAIL			Same features as MERLIN MAIL but is
Voice Messaging			packaged as an integrated unit with its own
System (VMS)			module to provide voice messaging interface
			(VMI) ports.
Lucent Technologies			Answers incoming calls and plays a menu of
Attendant®			recorded prompts, then routes calls as prompted
			by callers. Can route calls to answering or fax

machines. Does not work with MERLIN MAIL or AUDIX® Voice Power®.
