Lines/Inch

Use the Lines/Inch menu, PCL5:LINES/INCH to select from 1 to 48 lines per inch (lpi) to print. The factory default is 6.

Orient

Use the Orient Menu to select the page orientation. Options are Portrait (the factory default) and Landscape. Portrait (tall) printing goes across the narrower dimension of the page; landscape (wide) printing goes across the wider dimension of the page.

Line Wrap

Use the Line Wrap menu to enable (On) or to disable (Off) line wrap. When line wrap is enabled, text will automatically continue on the next line when it reaches the end of the current line. The factory

default is Off.

Font

The Font menu contains Source, Number, Height, and Sym Set submenus.

Source

Use the Source menu to designate internal fonts for use by the printer. This menu is for future developments and should not be

changed. The factory default is the letter l.

Number

Use the Number menu to designate a font number for the printer’s use. This menu is for future developments and should not be

changed. Num bers run from 0 (the factory default) to 67.

Height

Use the Height menu to designate the font’s height in points.
