a.Turn the knob on top of the paper guide counterclockwise to align it with the slot in the paper guide (fig. 10.15).

b.Lift the paper guide to release it from the knob and the stubs on the side of the drawer (fig. 10.15).

c.Align the bottom of the paper guide with the mark in the bottom of the drawer for the correct paper size. Reinsert the paper guide with the knob on the drawer top in the paper guide slot for the correct paper size.

d.Turn the knob on the top of the paper guide clockwise to lock the paper guide into position (fig. 10.16).

3.Align the edges of the paper stack and load it into the paper drawer print side up, leading edge to the back of the feeder.

Caution: To prevent jams, make sure the paper stack does not exceed the Paper Max mark on the paper guides (fig. 10.17).
