LABEL

DESCRIPTION

VLAN Status

Click VLAN Status to see which of the IES-612-51A’s ports are members of

 

which VLANs (see Section 16.3 on page 146).

 

 

Static VLAN

Click Static VLAN to configure ports to dynamically join a VLAN group or

 

permanently assign ports to a VLAN group or prohibit ports from joining a VLAN

 

group (see Section 16.4 on page 148).

 

 

Port

The port numbers identify the IES-612-51A’s ports.

 

 

PVID

Type the Port VLAN ID (PVID) from 1 to 4094. The IES-612-51A assigns the

 

PVID to untagged frames or priority frames (0 VID) received on this port.

 

 

Priority

Select an IEEE 802.1p priority to assign to untagged frames or priority frames (0

 

VID) received on this port.

 

 

GVRP

Select this check box if the IES-612-51A should use GVRP to automatically

 

register and configure VLAN membership.

 

 

Acceptable Frame

Select All to have the port accept both tagged and untagged incoming frames. A

Type

Select Tag Only to have the port only accept incoming frames that have a

 

VLAN tag.

 

 

Apply

Click Apply to save your changes to the IES-612-51A’s volatile memory. The

 

IES-612-51A loses these changes if it is turned off or loses power, so use the

 

Config Save link on the navigation panel to save your changes to the non-

 

volatile memory when you are done configuring.
