To file an email item

1In the Mail list, tap an email item to open it.

2Tap the Menu icon .

3Tap Message, and then tap File.

Tap here.

4Tap No to save the email item in the Filed folder.

Tap Yes to file the item in the Filed folder and keep a copy in the Inbox.
