10 Setting preferences for your Acer handheld Date & Time preferences

10If necessary, edit the Init String text to change the modem setup string.

11Tap OK through each screen until you are returned to the Connection Preferences panel.

Date & Time preferences

The Date & Time Preferences panel lets you set the date, time, time zone and Daylight Saving Time (DST) options for your handheld.

To set the date

1Tap the Set Date box to display the Set Date calendar screen.

Tap here.

2Tap the arrows at the top of the Set Date calendar screen to select the current year.

3Tap the month.

4Tap the current date.

The screen closes and the dates you selected are displayed in the Set Date box.
