Performing a Broadcast Operation
!This procedure can be performed with or without documents loaded.
If you do not load your document at step one, you will be prompted to do so after Step 5.
1Load your documents.
2Enter locations by pressing
After you press the first entry, you have three seconds to enter next location in your broadcast list.
If you enter the next location within three seconds, the machine “builds” the list of numbers for the broadcast.
When creating your broadcast list, you must enter the
•To select a
•To select an Auto Dial number, press the Auto Dial key, then enter the 2 or
•To enter a manual number, use the numeric keypad and dial as you would on a normal telephone.
