Relay Broadcast Report

The relay key station (hub) can send a confirmation report to the relay initiating station when the relay fax session is complete.

This confirmation report is called the Relay Broadcast Report.

The Relay Broadcast Report shows:

·the page count of the original fax

·the location identification of each destination machine the relay key station (hub) communicated with during the relay fax session

·the page count of each fax sent to each destination machine

·the results of each destination fax session

Relay Report Number

To receive the report, the Relay Report Number must be programmed to a specific location of the relay initiating station. The Relay Report Number is also called the contact number for the Relay Broadcast Report.

The contact number for the Relay Broadcast Report is your machine’s telephone number. It must be programmed to Auto Dial 150 of your machine.
