Printing Confidential Messages

!You must know the address and password of the confidential mailbox you wish to print from. The

Confidential Reception Report has the mailbox address.

To print a received confidential fax:

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 2/Print Operation One-Touch key. The display shows

PRINT PERSONAL BOX? YES ( ◀ ) NO ( ▶ )

3Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

PERSONAL BOX NO. [ ].

4Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the mail box you want to print from.

Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

PRG. PASSWORD [ ].

!If no message is stored in that mail box, the display shows NO DATA IN MEMORY.

6Using the numeric keypad, enter the 4-digit password for the mail box you want to print from.

7Press the Yes ◀ key. The message prints.

!If you want to clear the mailbox without waiting for printing, press the Stop key at this point. The display changes to CANCEL. Press the Yes ßkey to clear the

mail box.
