Deleting Confidential Messages

!You must know the address and password of the confidential mailbox you wish to print from. The

Confidential Reception Report has the mailbox address.

To delete a received confidential fax:

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 2/Print Operation One-Touch key. The display shows

PRINT PERSONAL BOX? YES ( ◀ ) NO ( ▶ )

3Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

PERSONAL BOX NO. [ ].

4Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the mail box you want to delete from.

Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

PRG. PASSWORD [ ].

!If no message is stored in that mail box, the display shows NO DATA IN MEMORY.

6Using the numeric keypad, enter the 4-digit password for the mail box you want to print from.

7Press the Yes ◀ key and quickly press the Stop key, or the message will print.

The display changes to CANCEL.

8Press the Yes ◀ key to clear the mail box.
