Connecting Power

1Make sure the power switch is off.

2Plug the power cord into the back of the unit.

3Plug the other end into a grounded AC power outlet.

4Turn on your fax machine. After the unit warms up, the time and current answering mode appear on the display. Your fax machine is now in standby mode, ready to send or receive faxes.
