Quick Message Confirmation Report

To quickly print the Message Confirmation Report for the most recent transmission performed by the machine, press COPY twice.

Checking Information During Transmissions

Your fax machine allows you to check the progress of a fax being sent by your machine.

Press the # key twice while a fax is being sent from your machine.

The display will show

·the page number currently being sent

·the current modem speed

·the current compression method

References

There are two useful reference documents that you should print and keep near your fax.

These documents are very helpful when programming your machine.

1Configuration Report

The Configuration Report is a list of the current operational settings of your machine.

2Phone Directory

This report provides a complete listing of all of the telephone numbers programmed into your machine’s Speed Dial numbers.
