Load a Document for Bulletin Polling

1Load the document into the stacker.

2Press the Select Function key.

3Press the 5/Polling One-Touch key. The display shows

BULLETIN POLL.

4Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

PERSONAL BOX NO. [ ].

5Enter the number of the personal box where you want to store the document.

6The display asks you to confirm the box number. If it is correct, press the Yes ◀ key.

7The fax machine scans the document. When scanning is complete, the display shows

BULLETIN MSG. IN MEM.

!Bulletin Polling and Confidential Faxing share the same 16 mailboxes.

Print Bulletin Polling Documents in Memory

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 2/Print Operation key. The display shows

PRINT PERSONAL BOX?

3Press the Yes ◀ key.

4Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the mailbox (01 – 16) you want to print from.

5Press the Yes ◀ key. The message prints.

!If no message is stored in the personal mailbox, No Data in Memory displays.
