Sending a Delayed Fax from the Document Feeder
•User Function 25, Instant Dial must be set to OFF. Refer to “Setting Basic Functions, User Function Settings, User Function Settings List, 25 Instant Dial.”
•User Function 17, Mem./Feeder SW must be set to
FEEDER.
Refer to “Setting Basic Functions, User Function Settings, User Function Settings List, 17 Mem./Feeder SW.”
•You can send the fax to one location.
•You may have one delayed fax loaded into your fax machine.
•The fax machine cannot be used for other transmissions while a delayed fax is waiting to be sent.
Sending a Delayed Fax from Memory
!This is the fax unit’s default.
•User Function 17, Mem./Feeder SW must be set to
MEMORY.
Refer to “Setting Basic Functions, User Function Settings, User Function Settings List, 17 Mem./Feeder SW.”
•You can send the fax to multiple locations.
•You may have twenty delayed faxes loaded into your fax machine.
•The fax machine can be used for other transmissions while a delayed fax is waiting to be sent.
