In addition to one-touch speed faxing, you can program an additional 150 numbers for 2- or 3-digit entry faxing.

2-Digit Speed Dial Numbers are the spaces 01 to 99.

The 2-Digit Speed Dial Numbers are spaces 01 to 99.

They are called two-digit because you access them by entering their two-digit space designation.

3-Digit Speed Dial Numbers are spaces 100 to 150

They are called three-digit because you access them by entering their three-digit space designation.

!2-Digit Speed Dial Numbers can also be accessed by entering a three-digit space designation. For example,

Speed Dial 50 can be accessed by entering 50 or 050.

!The One-Touch Sheet(s) provide space for Speed Dial numbers 1 through 40. For higher Speed Dial numbers,

program the number(s) and print the Telephone Directory. For more information, see “Reports, Telephone Directory.”

Group Faxing

Speed dial numbers can be grouped together so you can quickly fax a document to multiple locations with one key touch.
