Print Polled Faxes in Memory

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 2/Print Operation key. The display shows

PRINT PERSONAL BOX?

3Press the Yes ◀ key.

4Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the mailbox (01 – 16) you want to print from.

5Press the Yes ◀ key. The message prints.

!If no message is stored in the personal mailbox, No Data in Memory will display.
