Programming the Relay Report Number

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 8/Location Program One-Touch key. The display shows

LOCATION PROGRAMMING.

3Press the Auto Dial key.

4Using the numeric keypad, enter 150.

5The display briefly shows

NO=<FAX NO.>, ID=<LOCATION ID>

or a previously programmed fax number and location.

6After the display clears, enter the telephone number of your fax machine.

This is the Relay Report Number (contact number for the Relay Broadcast Report).

!Be sure to program the Relay Report Number in the format the relay key station uses for dialing.

For example, be sure to include the access digit, if required.

•To enter numbers, use the numeric keypad (press once)

•To enter spaces, press the 19/Space One-Touch key

•To enter hyphens (-), press the Hyphen key

•To enter pauses (i.e., to wait for long distance or outside lines), press the 20/Pause One-Touch key

•To add a switch from pulse to tone dialing for part of the call, press the */Tone key

•To move the cursor to make corrections, press the Yes

◀and No ▶ keys

7Press the Start key to register the number.
