No Paper Reception

When your fax machine runs out of paper, incoming faxes are stored in the machine’s memory.

The display shows:

MSG. IN MEMORY, REPLACE PAPER

Load more paper.

Your fax machine automatically prints out any messages in memory as soon as paper is loaded.

Canceling Messages Stored in Memory

It is possible to erase messages received in memory without printing them.

1After you have followed the instructions to print out messages stored in memory, the display shows

MSG. IN MEMORY, PRINTING.

2To erase the message instead of printing it, press the Stop key. The display shows

CANCEL?

3Press the Yes key to erase the message from your fax machine’s memory.

If there are more messages in memory, the display shows

MSG. IN MEMORY, PRINTING

Follow the steps above for each message you want to erase.
