Changing the Language

Your fax machine comes with two languages installed: English and one other language. The other language will be Spanish, French or Portuguese, depending on the type of unit you bought. These languages appear on the display and in reports. Follow the instructions below to switch languages.

Procedure

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 9/User Program One-Touch key. The display shows

1:FUNC. PROGRAMMING.

3Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

FUNCTION NO. [ ] ENTER 01-29.

4Use the numeric keypad to enter 14. The display shows

USER LANGUAGE.

5Press the No ▶ key to switch to the other installed language.

6To accept the language change, press the Yes ◀ key.

7Press the Select Function key to finish.
