Active Memory Files Report

What is it?

The active memory files report provides a list of all messages stored in your fax machine’s memory, either documents waiting for transmission or documents which have been received and not yet printed.

What information does it provide?

RECEPTION

Lists the memory reception information.

Entries lists the number of received messages stored in your facsimile unit’s memory.

Pages lists the total number of pages received.

PERSONAL BOX

Lists the status of your Personal Boxes (Confidential, Bulletin Polling).

Mode describes the Box types.

Entries list the number of received messages stored in each Box.

Pages lists the total number of pages in each Box.

POLLING TX /RX

Lists the information on polling reception and polling transmission not using a Box. Polling transmissions are shown in the mode column, along with the scanned number of pages. Polling Reception lists the date and time sent, sender, and transmission mode.

TRANSMISSION

Lists the information on Delayed Fax and Redialing Wait Transmissions.

Does not list polling reception information. Polling reception information is shown under POLLING TX/RX. Transmission date and time, receivers, and transmission modes are listed.

!This report will not print if there are no messages stored in memory.
