4Pull out any paper you see jammed inside the machine.

5Pull out the paper tray. If any paper in the tray is damaged, remove and replace it.

6Push the paper down until it is under the plastic tabs.

7Make sure the paper stop in the tray is properly adjusted: not too loose, not too tight.
