Collaboration Service if the service stops responding, type 0.

 

 

• To permit the BlackBerry Controller to restart the BlackBerry

 

 

Collaboration Service if the service stops responding, type 1.

 

 

 

Change how the BlackBerry

1.

Click BlackBerry Mobile Data Server.

Controller restarts the BlackBerry

2.

Double-click the DWORD value that is named RestartOnCrash.

MDS Connection Service.

3.

In the Value data field, perform one of the following actions:

 

 

 

• To prevent the BlackBerry Controller from restarting the BlackBerry

 

 

MDS Connection Service if the service stops responding, type 0.

 

 

• To permit the BlackBerry Controller to restart the BlackBerry MDS

 

 

Connection Service if the service stops responding, type 1.

Click BlackBerryRouter.

Controller restarts the BlackBerry

2.

Double-click the DWORD value that is named RestartOnCrash.

In the Value data field, perform one of the following actions:

Click MailStore.

Mail Store Service.

3.

Double-click the DWORD value that is named RestartOnCrash.

 

 

4.

In the Value data field, perform one of the following actions:

 

 

• To prevent the BlackBerry Controller from restarting the BlackBerry

 

 

Mail Store Service if the service stops responding, type 0.

 

 

• To permit the BlackBerry Controller to restart the BlackBerry Mail

 

 

Store Service if the service stops responding, type 1.

 

 

 

Change how the BlackBerry

1.

Navigate to BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Controller restarts the BlackBerry

2.

Click PolicyServer.

Policy Service.

3.

Double-click the DWORD value that is named RestartOnCrash.

 

 

4.
