Using the Phone Book page

When you click on the Phone Book button, a page similar to that shown below will appear:

This pull-down list at the top of this page can be used to select a phone number from either the system-wide phone book (which you cannot alter), or your personal phonebook (which you can alter).

The system-wide phone book is handy in that you can select an entry from the list, then either dial that num- ber by pressing Dial button or use the entry as the starting point for creating a new entry of your own.
