Normally, the NexPath Telephony Server updates this screen as soon as a new message is completed. If you think you have a new voice mail message, but it does not appear in the list of messages, click the Reload button at the bottom of the screen to update the screen contents. Alternately, you can close this window by clicking on the Close Window button at the bottom of the screen.

The button labelled with a key in the Control page is the System Information button. Clicking on it brings up a window similar to the following:
