The system announces the menu of choices to assist the caller, after they press while in the recording

mode.

Send and exit: Send the message, and go to the extension defined as the voi ce mail

exit extension by your system administrator(usually the top of the day auto-attendant)

Cancel and exit: Cancel the message, and go theextension defined as the voice mail
