The Dell-extended Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in allows you to add Remote Console Switch users and privileges by creating SIP, Association, and Privilege objects. To add each type of object, perform the steps in each subsections.

Creating a SIP Object

1In the MMC Console Root window, right-click a container.

4Select SIP Device Object.

5Click OK.

Creating a Privilege Object

Privilege Objects must be created in the same domain as the Association Object to which it is associated.

1In the Console Root (MMC) window, right-click a container.

2Select New - Dell SIP Object to open the New Object window.

3Type a name for the new object.

4Select Privilege Object.

5Click OK.

6Right-click the privilege object that you created, and select Properties.
