Loading the

Multipurpose Feeder

Yourprinter has one standard multipurpose feeder that
holds several sizes and types of print material, such as
paper,card stock, transparencies, postcards, note cards,
and envelopes. Youcan load approximately 100 sheets of
75 g/m2(20 lb) paper at a time. Youcan also load approxi-
mately 10 envelopes or 20 transparenciesat a time.
Note: When printing from the
multipurpose feeder,be sure to
set the PAPERSIZE and PA PER
TYPE for the MP Feeder menu
item. Also select the paper size
and type from your software
application.
Youmay also want to use the multipurpose feeder for sin-
glepageprintjobsonletterheadorotherspecialprint
material you do not keep in an input tray.

in the multipurpose feeder:
