ResReduced
<warning> Theresolution of the page is reduced from 600 dots per inch (dpi) to 300 dpi to prevent
a38Memory Full error.Res Reduced displays for the duration of the current job. The
printer indicator light blinkswhile the printer is processing data.
Press Stopto take the printer out of the Res Reduced state.The Not Ready
message displays.Press Go to return to Res Reduced.
Cancel the current job.Press Menu> or <Menu.TheJOBMENU displays.Press
Menu>or <Menu until Cancel Job appears on the second line of the operator panel
display.Press Select.

Restoring
FactoryDefaults Thepr inter is restoring factory defaults.Factory defaults are restored by selecting
FactoryDefaults in the UTILITIES MENU or byselecting Factory Defaults inthe
CONFIGMENU.

Waiting
<warning> Waiting displays when one of the following occurs:
Thep rinter has receiveda page of data to pr int, butis waiting for an End of Job
command,Form Feed command, or for additional data. Wai ting displays until the
Print Timeout occurs or additional data is received.
WhenCollation is set to On, but the print job has not been canceled. Termination of
the print job is required beforepage collated copies print.
Note: The printer language appears on line 1 to the right of the Waiting message.
Press Goto pr int the contents of the buffer.
Press Stopto take the printer out of the Waiting state. The Not Ready message
displays.Press Go to return to Waiting.
