Each ofthe above menu items support the following three values as a second menu:
•Light
•Normal*
•Heavy
Selectthe a ppropriate PAPERWEIGHT value ( Light,Normal,orHeavy)for each
PAPERTYPE, including the Custom Types, that you are using. Set the correct
PAPERWEIGHT value for your print material to make sure the toner adheres properly to the
page.If you have trouble with toner rubbing off the page, set PAPERWEIGHT to Heavy.Ifyour
printed pages are curling excessively,set PAPER WEIGHT to Normal or Light.
ThePAPER WEIGHT setting works in connection with the PAPER TYPE and PAPERTEXTURE
settings.You may need to change those settings to optimize print quality for your specific print
material.
Ifa user-defined weight is available, its name displays as a value instead of Custom

Weight,

represents a number1 through 6. The user-defined name istr uncated to 14
characters.
