ThisStatement of Limited Warranty applies to this product if it was originally pur-
chasedfor your use, and not for resale, from Lexmark or a Lexmark remarketer,referred
toin this statement as “Remarketer.”
Warranty Lexmarkwarrants that this product:
•Ismanufactured from new parts, or new and serviceable used parts, which per-
formlike new parts,
•Isfree from defects in material and workmanship,
•Conformsto Lexmark’s official published specifications, and
•Isin good working order.
Ifthis product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact a
Remarketeror Lexmark for repair without charge.
Ifthis product is a feature or option, this statement applies only when that feature or
optionis used with the product for which it was designed. To obtain warranty service,
youmay be required to present the feature or option with the product.
Ifyou transfer this product to another user, warranty service under the terms of this
statementis available to that user for the remainder of the warranty period. You should
transferproof of original purchase and this statement to that user.
