202Paper Jam
OpenRear Door Thepr inter detects a paper jam behind the rear output bin door.Open the rear output
bindoor and gently remove the jammed print material. Close the rear output bin door.

visiblefrom the front of the multipurpose feeder, pull it out gently. If only a small portion
is visible,open the upper front door, remove the print cartridge, and remove the
jammedprint material. Reinstall the car tridge and close the upper front door.See 250

messages Theseser vice messages indicate printer failures that mayrequire ser vice.
Whena ser vice message occurs, the printer immediately stops printing. Turnthe
printer powerOff (O), wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn the printer power
On (|).
Ifthe s ervice message recurs, call forser vice and report the message number and
description of the problem.
