Verifythat the correct print material is being used.

Verifythat the print material is within the printer specifications. See Using

If the problemcontinues, call Lexmark Customer Support Center.
Tonerappears on the back of the
printed page. Toneris on the transfer roll. To help preventthis, do not load print material that
is smaller than the page sizeof the job tobe pr inted.
Open and close the printer upper front door to run the printer through its
setup cycle and clean thetransfer roll.
Replace the fusercleaner. The fuser cleaner and replacement instructions
are included in the boxwhen you purchase a new print cartridge.
Tonerfog or background shading
