If JobAccounting is setto On, the installed hardd isko ption storesstatistical information
aboutthe most recent pr inter jobs.The statistics include whether the job printed with or
without errors,the time required to print the job, the size (in bytes) of the job, the requested
paper sizeand paper type, the total number of printed pages, and the number of copies
requested.
Toprint a listing of all the accumulated statistics, select Print from the Job Acct Stat menu
itemin the UTILITIESMENU.SeeJobAcct Stat on page 59 for more information.
The JobAccounting menuitem does
not
displayif the installed disk option is defective or
Read/Write or Write protected, or if Job Buffer Size is set to 100%.SeeJobBuffer Size on
page7 7 formore information.

Ifa hard disk option is installed in your printer, you can use the hard disk to store statistical
informationabout aspecified numberof jobs. The value you select from the Job Acct Limit
menuitem deter mines the numberof jobs for which statistics are stored. Once you reach the
job limit,statistics for the oldest job are deleted as new statistics are stored, maintaining
statistics forthe specified number of jobs.
Ifyou select Disabled, the number of jobs for which statistics are stored is limited to the
memoryavailableontheharddisk.
TheJob Acct Limit menuitem does

Warning:When you change the Job Acct Limit value, all statistical information stored on the
