FlashOptions Thepr inter detects more than one flash option installed. Yourprinter can only have
one flash option installed.
Press Goto clear the error.
Turnthe printer power Off (O). Remove the extra option. Turnthe printer power
On (|). See RemovingMemor y Optionson page 210 formore information.
61Defective
Disk Thepr inter detects a defectivehard disk option. This message appears when you
powerOn (|) the printer, or during hard disk format or write operations.
PressGo to clear the message and continue printing. Youmust install a different hard
disk option beforeyou can perform any hard disk operations.
62Disk Full Thereis not enough free space in the hard disk option to store the data that was sent.
Press Goto clear the message and continue processing. Any information not
previouslystored in the hard disk option is deleted.
Resetthe pr inter.Press Menu> or <Menu.TheJOBMENU displays. Press Menu>
or <Menuuntil Reset Printer appearson the second line of the operator panel
display.Press Select.
Note: Resetting the printer deletes all current data from the print buffer,including all
Print and Hold jobs. See ResetPrinter on page7 0 formore information.
63Unformatted
Disk Theprinter detects an unformatted hard disk option. This message appears when you
powerOn(|)theprinter.
Youmust format the hard disk option before youcan perform any hard disk operations.
Toformat the hard disk option, select Format Disk from the UTILITIES MENU.
PressGo to clear the message a nd continuepr inting. If the error message remains,
theh ard disk option maybe defective and need replacing. Hard disk operations are
nota lloweduntil the defective disk is replaced and the new one is formatted.
