and clean the printer to maintain optimum print quality.
If several people areusing the printer, you may want to
designate a key operator to do the setup and maintenance
of your printer.Refer printing problems and maintenance
tasks to this key operator.
Ordering a Print
Cartridge Youneed to have a new print cartridge available when the
currentone no longer prints satisfactorily. There are two
