Clearing Paper Jams
This section tells you how to clear paper jams from the printer. What you see below is a copy of the label on the fuser oil bottle inside of the printer. The label shows the three possible places in the printer for paper jams: the transfer drum area, the fuser area, and the paper feeder area.
Area 1: Transfer Drum
Area 2: Fuser
Area 3: Paper Feeder
To clear a paper jam, use the procedures that follow. If you do not use the procedures, you may damage the printer.
