Cleaning the Window of the Density Detection Sensor
When there is a density detection erro r, or if th e w ind ow of the density
detection sensor is soiled with toner res id ue or dust, use the following
procedure to clean the window.
1. Turn off the printer. Open the front do or an d top cover to see the window
of the density detection sensor.
2. Remove the wire cleaner from insid e t he p rinter.
3. Put the brush end of the wire cleaner on the window surface as shown.
