4.Turn the transfer drum knob counterclockwise [1] and gently pull out the jammed paper [2] at a slight angle [3]. Pulling at an angle will prevent your knocking any unused toner onto the density detection sensor.
Be careful not to touch the transfer drum when removing the jammed paper.
5.Close the top cover.
6.Push the release handle up to the operating position.
7. Close the front door.
