Note: For Confidential mailbox polling, the remote machine must be setup with a Confidential Mailbox Password.

5.If you selected Confidential, enter the remote password then press Enter.

6.Using one of the dialing methods, enter the phone number of the remote mailbox station, then press Enter if necessary.

The machine dials the remote station and retrieves the document from the mailbox you selected.
