Machine answers incoming

Image Quality

If the Document Scanner or Recording Unit is dirty, the quality of your transmitted or received images can be poor. It is recommended that these areas are cleaned regularly. Refer to “Maintaining the Machine” for detailed cleaning procedures.

Problems with envelopes

If you experience feeding problems where the pre-stuck end of envelopes becoming folded back during printing check that the envelope is gummed completely.

Communications failure

With the H/N model, if a second line is not plugged in and you try to send group jobs you will get a comms failure as line 2 is not plugged in.

Set line 2 to 'receive only'.
