Prompt: AUTOMATIC ACW: Group Letter:_ Seconds:

Action: 1 Enter a group letter.

2Enter the number of seconds (O through 999) you want for the agent to be in the automatic ACW state upon completion of a call.

3Press [ F8 ] ( labeled “Enter Data”), and the new data will be displayed.

The next screen shows the data entered in the prompt; the screen following shows the data entered for the appropriate line group.
