3.	Press	(ADMIN). The display shows
	Terminals&Sets.
4.	Press ‘until the display shows Hospitality.
5.	At the Hospitality heading, press ≠until Service time
	displays.
6.	Press ≠. Hour: 00 displays.
7.	Press CHANGE and enter the hour (00 to 23).

If the number¤‹is lessfl›thanfl13, the display shows AM. Press CHANGE to select PM, if required. Press OK to accept.

8. Press ≠. Minutes: 00 displays.

9. Press CHANGE and enter the minutes (00 to 59).

Using the room/set programming

This section describes how the room occupancy and room condition settings are used.

Setting dialing filters by room state

1.Press

2.Enter ￿the Desk°‡·admin.password if you are prompted for a password. The set displays: Oc of rm#::

3.Enter the room number and press OK. The set displays rrrrr:Vacant.

4.Press the CHANGE display key and select the required status for the room set.

5.To program other rooms, press the FIND or NEXT display key and return to step 3.

6. Press	to exit.
Note: Setting the room state to Vacant cancels any outstanding alarms.
