Display

Shows instructions for everyday calling as well as for

programming.

Display buttons

Have a variety of uses. The current use is shown on the

display above each button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Used for dialing numbers when you are making calls.

Dialpad

For programming, the dialpad is also used for entering

 

 

numbers and letters

Memory buttons

Dial a number or feature code stored on the button.

Feature button

Allows you to enter a feature code while using or

programming the telephone.

Hold button

Puts an active call on hold.

Release button

Hangs up an active call or ends programming.

Volume rocker

Turns the volume you hear through the handset up or

down. During programming this switch is used to adjust

switch

settings, such as for the display contrast.

Mute

Mutes the transmitter in the handset.
