Description This printer setting refers to the station name. For printer support, see SGD Command Support on page 315.

This table identifies the commands for this format:

Commands	Details
getvar	This command instructs the printer to respond with the station name value.
	Format: ! U1 getvar "wlan.station_name"
setvar	This command instructs the printer to set the station name.
	Format: ! U1 setvar "wlan.station_name" "value"
	Values: A maximum of 32 alphanumeric characters
	Default: "ZEBRA"

Example • This setvar example shows the value set to "ZEBRA". ! U1 setvar "wlan.station_name" "ZEBRA"

When the setvar value is set to "ZEBRA", the getvar result is "ZEBRA".
