Notes to the Operator On Cleaning the Oiler Belt

vFor reliable printer performance, clean the oiler belt at least once each week.

vYou need the following items to clean the oiler belt:

±Lightweight cardboard (scraps)

±Cloth or paper towels.

vIt is not necessary to switch the printer power off during this procedure, but the printer should be disabled.

CAUTION:

<70> The oiler belt, oiler wick roll, and their environments are high-temperatureareas. Be very careful when working in these areas.

1.SELECT the Stop pushbutton on the Display Touch Screen window for the affected printer.

2.Open the stacker end cover.
