NOT AVAILABLE | In duplex mode, the Display Touch Screen cannot communicate with either or both of |

| device has been powered off. |
PRINTING | In duplex mode, the system is printing. |

PRE/POSTPROCESSOR BUSY | In either duplex or simplex modes this indicates that an enabled preprocessing or |

PRE/POSTPROCESSOR NOT | In either duplex or simplex modes this indicates that an enabled preprocessing or |
READY | postprocessing device is showing ªNot Readyº status on its interface. |
PRE/POSTPROCESSOR EOF | In either duplex or simplex modes this indicates that an enabled preprocessing or |

Messages with System Reference Codes
The following table lists all of the messages that include a system reference code. There are three types of messages included:
Out of Supplies
The message appears on the Out of Supplies window (see ªOut Of
Supplies Messagesº on page 276).
Intervention Required
The message appears on the Intervention Required window (see ªIntervention Required Messagesº on page 277).
Printer Error
The message appears on the Printer Error window (see ªPrinter Error
Messagesº on page 274).
Note: All of the messages are Printer Error messages unless noted otherwise. Also, note that all of the following messages appear on the Printer Display Touch Screen.
