Chapter 6 X330WAN CLI Commands

Parameters

DLCI number The DLCI number, an integer from 16 to 1007.

Example

X330W-2USP-1(super-if:Serial2.1)# frame-relayinterface-dlci 20

frame-relay lmi-type (Serial interface context)

Use the frame-relaylmi-typecommand to set the type of LMI to be used. The no form of this command sets the LMI to the default value AutoSense, for automatically determining the LMI type.

Syntax

[no] frame-relay lmi-type <lmi-type>

Parameters

lmi-type

The LMI type, either AutoSense, ansi, q933a, lmi-rev1, or

 

disable. The default is AutoSense.

Example

X330W-2USP-1(super-if:Serial2)# frame-relaylmi-type AutoSense

Note: Choosing the disable option results in no LMI being used. This is equivalent to setting no keepalive within the Serial interface context.

frame-relay lmi-n391dte (Serial interface context)

Use the frame-relaylmi-n391dtecommand to set the full status polling counter. The no form of this command sets the polling counter to the default value

(6).

Syntax

[no] frame-relay lmi-n391dte <polling-counter>

Parameters

polling-counterThe number of partial status enquiries, an integer from 1 to 255.
